1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to personal data that Solution Factory LLC (the “Company”, the “Operator”, “we”) receives from users of the website solutionfactory.ru (the “Website”).

The Company is registered in the register of personal data operators maintained by Roskomnadzor. The head of Solution Factory LLC is responsible for organising the processing of personal data.

Personal data from contact forms is processed on the basis of a separate consent to personal data processing that you give when submitting a form. Analytics cookies are used only with the consent you give in the cookie banner.

2. Categories of data subjects

The Company processes personal data of the following categories of persons:

• Website visitors;
• Persons who have submitted a request to discuss a project or receive a consultation;
• Counterparties — legal entities and individuals with whom contractual relations exist or are planned.

3. Data we process

3.1. Data you provide

When you fill in forms on the Website, the Company may receive:

• First and last name;
• E-mail address;
• Phone number;
• Company name and job title (if applicable);
• The content of your message or a description of your task.

3.2. Technical data

Technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and duration of the session, and cookie identifiers.

4. Cookies

The Website uses cookies and browser local storage (localStorage). On your first visit, the Website shows a banner where you can accept or decline analytics cookies. Yandex.Metrica is not loaded without your consent. You can change your choice via the “Cookie settings” link in the Website footer or in your browser settings.

5. Analytics and external services

5.1. Yandex.Metrica

With your consent, the Website uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC), including Webvisor, which records actions on pages (scrolling, clicks, cursor movement). It helps us analyse traffic and user behaviour and improve the Website. Without consent, the service is not loaded. Data is processed in accordance with the Yandex privacy policy.

5.2. Requests submitted through the Website

Data from contact forms (name and contact details) is recorded and stored in a database on the Website’s server located in the Russian Federation. Company staff receive a service notification about a new request (via Telegram) that contains only the request number and no personal data.

5.3. Fonts and other resources

Fonts and other Website resources are hosted on the Company’s own server; visitor data is not sent to third-party services when viewing the Website, except as described in this Policy.

5.4. External links

The Website may contain links to external resources (portfolio case studies, social networks). The Company is not responsible for the privacy policies of such resources.

6. Purposes of processing

• Handling requests to discuss projects and consultations;
• Providing feedback to prospective clients and partners;
• Concluding and performing contracts;
• Analysing traffic and improving the Website (subject to cookie consent);
• Sending information and marketing messages (only with separate consent).

7. Legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• Consent of the data subject (Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”);
• Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
• Requirements of applicable laws of the Russian Federation;
• Legitimate interests of the Operator (with respect to analytics and Website security).

Data is processed for sending marketing and information messages solely on the basis of separate voluntary consent under Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising”.

8. Processing conditions and disclosure to third parties

The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties except in the following cases:

• Disclosure to contractors and partners involved in performing a contract, provided they keep the data confidential;
• Disclosure at the request of a court or public authorities, or in other cases provided for by Russian law.

No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. Data is processed on servers located in the Russian Federation.

9. Retention and deletion

Personal data from contact forms is stored for no longer than 3 (three) years from receipt or until the data subject withdraws consent, whichever occurs first.

If consent is withdrawn, personal data is destroyed or anonymised within 30 (thirty) calendar days, unless otherwise required by Russian law.

Technical data (logs, cookies) is stored for the period set by the respective service, but no longer than 1 year.

10. Your rights

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:

• Obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
• Request that your data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
• Lodge a complaint about the Operator’s actions with the authorised body for the protection of data subjects’ rights (Roskomnadzor).

11. Security measures

The Company takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including:

• Use of secure connections (HTTPS/TLS);
• Restricting access to data on a least-privilege basis;
• Regular security assessments of data processing systems;
• Training employees on personal data legislation.

12. Changes to this Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available at solutionfactory.ru/privacy-en.html. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
