Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a form on solutionfactory.ru and ticking the corresponding checkbox, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”).

2. Purpose of processing

Handling my request to discuss a project or receive a consultation: contacting me using the details provided, scheduling a call and preparing a commercial proposal.

3. Personal data covered

• name;
• e-mail address and/or phone number (the contact entered in the form);
• technical data of the form submission: IP address, browser information (user agent), date and time — to evidence that consent was given.

4. Processing operations and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without automation. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties and is not transferred outside the Russian Federation, except as required by Russian law.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the date it is given, or until it is withdrawn.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to welcome@solutionfactory.ru. In that case, the personal data will be destroyed within 30 (thirty) calendar days, unless otherwise required by Russian law.

Consent to receive marketing and information messages is given separately and is not a condition for submitting a request. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
